Architectural Guidance Committee (AGC): Request for Approval

In accordance with the Cherry Grove Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs), this form is to be used by residents to submit to the CGHOA Architecture Change Control (ACC) committee for review of planned changes to homeowner’s property, prior to beginning the work.  The goal of the CGHOA Board is to review, respond and provide within 10 days a decision of approval, rejection, or to request further information.  Home and property improvements are encouraged by the CGHOA and want to help make sure all improvements are within the guidelines of the CCRs.
